Production Progress Update – 2 Axis Side-Wall Semi-Trailer
We are pleased to share a production progress update for the customized order from our valued partner Mr. HASAN MOHAMED ALAMADIN, destined for Sudan. The order consists of three (3) Two-Axis Side-Wall Semi-Trailers, currently advancing smoothly through our standardized manufacturing process.
This two-axis side-wall semi-trailer is engineered for efficient transportation of bulk and general cargo, with a reinforced chassis structure designed to ensure high load capacity, structural stability, and long-term durability under demanding road and climate conditions. The design fully complies with applicable international manufacturing and safety standards.
At this stage, the trailers have successfully completed main beam fabrication, chassis assembly, full structural welding, and side-wall installation. All welding operations were carried out using controlled procedures to ensure uniform weld penetration and optimal structural strength. Dimensional accuracy and key load-bearing components have been inspected and verified in accordance with our internal quality control protocols.
The project has now entered the pre-paint preparation stage, which includes surface grinding, rust removal, and thorough cleaning to ensure optimal adhesion of protective coatings. Overall production progress has reached approximately 85%.
The next phase will involve surface treatment and full-vehicle painting, utilizing high-performance anti-corrosion coatings to enhance resistance to abrasion, moisture, and high-temperature environments—critical for long-term operation in African regional conditions.
