Production Review – Lowbed Semi-Trailers
We are pleased to present the production review for an order of multiple lowbed semi-trailers manufactured for a customer in Kenya. The project has been successfully completed with 100% production progress, and all units are now ready for shipment.
The lowbed semi-trailers are specifically designed for the transportation of heavy-duty and oversized equipment, offering a low loading height, reinforced main beam structure, and excellent load-bearing capacity. These trailers are suitable for construction machinery, engineering equipment, and infrastructure project logistics under demanding road conditions.
Throughout the manufacturing process, strict quality control procedures were implemented at every stage, including main beam fabrication, chassis assembly, precision welding, axle and suspension installation, and final assembly. All key structural components were inspected to ensure strength, stability, and long-term operational reliability.
With all production, inspection, and functional checks fully completed, the batch of lowbed semi-trailers has reached 100% completion and is now prepared for delivery, meeting both technical specifications and customer requirements.
