Production Review – Asphalt Bitumen Tank Trailer
We are pleased to present the production review for a customized asphalt bitumen tank trailer manufactured for our customer in Kazakhstan. This project has been successfully completed with 100% production progress, and the equipment is now ready for final inspection and delivery.
The asphalt transportation tank trailer is specifically designed for the safe and efficient transport of high-temperature bitumen. It is equipped with a diesel engine heating system to ensure stable and continuous temperature control during transportation, even in low ambient temperature conditions. In addition, a high-performance thermal insulation layer has been applied to the tank body, significantly reducing heat loss and maintaining optimal material viscosity.
Throughout the production process, strict quality control measures were implemented at every stage, including tank fabrication, internal welding, heating system installation, insulation application, and final assembly. All critical components were inspected to ensure structural integrity, heating efficiency, and operational safety in compliance with relevant international standards.
With all manufacturing, assembly, and inspection procedures fully completed, the asphalt bitumen tank trailer has achieved 100% production completion and meets all technical and performance requirements specified by the customer.
